Nuvola Group an Australian vendor developing solutions around eSignature and Payments founded in 2010 is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Karen Howard, FAICD as Independent Non-executive Director and Board Chair.
This appointment is seen as a key strategic initiative to help drive the company’s growth and future industry position. Karen brings an exceptional level of experience through her previous success in ventures as an entrepreneur and business owner. This compliments her extensive experience in similar board roles and being an FAICD since 2009. Career highlights include Karen’s role as a co-founder and Non-executive Director of prop-tech business Alloggio (ASX:ALO) where she has contributed to the business evolution, scaling and growth, being heavily involved in the public listing process. Karen has previously held Non-executive Director roles in sectors including health, education and property development, and she is the current President of the Hunter TAFE Foundation.
Nuvola sees that Karen’s breadth and depth of experience will be of tremendous benefit as we look to accelerate business growth, evolve our solution, and her expertise will assist in guiding further investments in the solid foundations necessary to take us to the next level both in Australia and deeper expansion into International markets.
